WISDOM + HUMBLENESS = RESPECT

My newfound respect. He's almost 60 years old. Yet, he's showed the MOST fluidity and LEAST effort to drag that sledge with 90lbs weights on it. When I pulled it, I felt like an overweight tiger. ROARING at first but then struggling to engage my legs - my quads, hammies and butt - just ain't moving in accordance to nature!

What else did he do?
1) Foot-hooked a 8kg KB and did side swings till his waist.
2) Hanging twists without cringing in pain
3) Smiled at us with a look of  "HAHA, you guys are suffering cos you're doing the POSE" - yeah i mean this guy has a sharp eye and a sense of movement.

He runs with ease, smooth cadences and perfectly effortless. There is no huffing and puffing from the tiredness of the body, except that at his age, running at that speed is uncommon. FAST. QUICK FEET. Quick THINKING. It's happening right in front of my eyes. YET, I can't believe it. My mind is playing tricks on me. He seems indestructible, humble and knowledgeable. I am utterly awed and have full respect for this guy.

WAIT. It's my perception. How I perceive this movement. How I think he moved. How did he run so EASILY and without a drop of sweat. HOW DO I POSE RUN? How long would I need to unlearn and learn this new method of running?

POSE. FALL. PULL (Repeat till perfection)

This was JUST for running. I have so many other questions. What about deadlifts? Muscle Ups? Back Squats? Badminton? Football?

The MAIN question is: When would I "get it"?
Here's a reply from their FB site:  "The average time frame is somewhere around 2 weeks up to 2-4 months, but a lot depends on you personally - many things to consider. If you have years of previous training for running - might be tough, you'll have to take your time re-learning. If you have inadequate strength for running (hips, hams, calves, etc) - you'll have to develop it. If you have various 'mental blocks' (like fixating on things, trying to hard, thinking too much about each element, etc) - you'll have to sort them out before you see actual progress with actual running. There is a lot at play. While it's the same technique that suits everyone and works for any distance - all of us are different coming from 'different places'. Through all of that it's important to remember that this running technique is SIMPLE while it might not be easy for some. However some grasp it in matter of minutes... so it all depends on you and your ability to learn. From experience I can tell you that most of the time mental blocks are the hardest to overcome but once you get even a glimpse of "a-ha moment" when everything clicks (and you WILL feel it, you will definitely know it when it'll happen) you will know what to strive for and you will continue to improve rapidly from that point on."

Expose Yourself

With so many options in media, interaction and venues, you now get to choose what you expose yourself to.
Expose yourself to art, and you'll come to appreciate it and aspire to make it.
Expose yourself to anonymous scathing critics and you will begin to believe them (or flinch in anticipation of their next appearance.)
Expose yourself to get-rich-quick stories and you'll want to become one.
Expose yourself to fast food ads and you'll crave french fries.
Expose yourself to angry mobs of uninformed, easily manipulated protesters and you'll want to join a mob.
Expose yourself to metrics about your brand or business or performance and you'll work to improve them.
Expose yourself to anger and you might get angry too.
Expose yourself to people making smart decisions and you'll probably learn how to do it as well.
Expose yourself to eager long-term investors (of every kind) and you'll likely to start making what they want to support.
It's a choice if you want it to be.

...and loving it!!!

I felt just like that pretzel last week! haha! My brains and body were awkwardly twisted at all angles possible!

There was just so many things in my mind that was on "repeat" mode...like  a broken record player that runs on solar energy. Sometimes, I felt like a rubber band that's being stretched and stretched out and not recouped back into it's original size. (Now I'm back to ori size yeah!) It was kinda challenging and tiring, yet fun! More new adventures, people, situations and most importantly the ability to make spot decisions when a handful of sour grapes are thrown this way. (No lovely lemons coming this way!)

Constantly seeking more challenges, asking more questions and meeting more people to expand and excel. At the end of everyday, seek the answer to "Who/what made my day? And learnings of the day." There's never a similar day like TODAY. So, carry forward learnings and grow as a person. The day you die, is the day when you stop learning. Seeking Mr. Uncomfortable at the moment so watch me sweat, toil and torture!

This week will be a pretty challenging week too, even if I've got half a week left to maximize! Yeah! Can't wait to head South with the gang and kick up a storm at CFSG! :) ...which means I won't see my parents for sometime. Gonna miss them. Love them muchos muchos cos they rock! (I think my dad is WAY fitter than me. Feel quite embarrassed sometimes!) Thanks Ma & Pa for being UBER awesome!!!

For now, I'm gonna be wishing on a star for something sweet, rekindled and liberating! :D

I Shall Not Ask Why...

I am posting this up..anyway...
I work odd hours and love it!
I can spot a liar a mile away. (don't try sweet-talking me.)
I love peace, hate verbal diarrhea.
I enjoy dealing with people younger than me
I have such 2 awesome & amazing sisters!
I am quiet, shy yet monstrous at times.
I love having gentle breeze blowing in my face...
I love the beach...sea..sand...sounds...
I cry, sing and dance
My favorite song is "Ain't No Mountain High Enough"
I am happy at the oddest moments
I love observing people's journey to success.
I crave for honest feedback yet despise attention.
I love KitKat esp Green Tea.
I am short and stay at arm's length from tall people(save my neck)
I am random when I'm not supposed to be.
I am cynical yet optimistic.
I ask myself if I can take a break.
I am up at this odd hour.
I feel blessed with what I have.
I love my parents to bits and pieces!
I am who I am today. :)

Proud

by Heather Small.

I look into the window of my mind
Reflections of the fears I know I've left behind
I step out of the ordinary
I can feel my soul ascending
I am on my way
Can't stop me now
And you can do the same

What have you done today to make you feel proud?
It's never too late to try
What have you done today to make you feel proud?
You could be so many people
If you make that break for freedom
What have you done today to make you feel proud?

Still so many answers I don't know
Realise that to question is how we grow
So I step out of the ordinary
I can feel my soul ascending
I am on my way
Can't stop me now
And you can do the same

What have you done today to make you feel proud?
It's never too late to try
What have you done today to make you feel proud?
You could be so many people
If you make that break for freedom
What have you done today to make you feel proud?

We need a change
Do it today
I can feel my spirit rising
We need a change
So do it today
'Cause I can see a clear horizon

What have you done today to make you feel proud?
So what have you done today to make you feel proud?
'Cause you could be so many people
If you make that break for freedom
So what have you done today to make you feel proud?
What have you done today to make you feel proud?
What have you done today
You could be so many people?
Just make that break for freedom
So what have you done today to make you feel proud?

I'm thankful for all the things that this job has given me and my family. But probably the thing that I am most proud of throughout my career is that, not only myself, but my family and the people around me have just been regular people, which we are.

Hot Cross Cream Puffs!

Mom was free today and she wanted to bake cream puffs in the afternoon to bring for our potluck this evening. So we started getting the ingredients and all, and weighing them, mixing them up and baking them as per the recipe.

Well, horror struck in the first batch. No we didn't burn it, nor put the wrong ingredients or missed a step... It was too diluted ! We had watered down the  base too much and ended up "flouring" it a little bit more... and because of that, it ended up looking like baked paus! LOL :) Mom thought they were really cute looking... I just thought I'd kaya-fy them and have them for breakfast !!!

Then the 2nd & 3rd batch were the best! They turned out perfectly as we wanted it to be! YES!!! Fluffy, light and not toooo buttery.. The tops were crisp and easy to fill the interior with the perfect custard concoction! The puffs look really cute...I like! :)

The custard filling was really yummy and Jaclyn wanted to just eat the filling on it's own. (which would be great!! but fattening laaa...damn yummy sugar!) But anyway, clever girl for not licking the jar clean of every single drop! :)

I must say today's project was a success because everyone loved it! Especially the lightness and the combo with the custard. Just PERFECT! It was so addictive that once it went into the kids hands, you can say "Good Bye" to all the puffs.... GONE WITH THE WIND KIDS!

Mom also baked a loaf of wholemeal bread with raisins & sunflower seeds...man...it's so damn good I wanna just have that at everymeal!

Glad I had this opportunity to make 'em with my momma! She's the best!!! I love ya Ma! Next time we'll make some cookies, pastries and everything addictive! This is indeed an excellent Sunday. :)

READY!

YES!

My wrist is all good and ready to rumble!!! :)

After a good 36hrs of rest and personal therapy which included icing and some other techniques, it's finally good to go! YEAH! No doubt I'll be really careful and all these few days with the workouts and all. Don't want to go heavy and smash my wrist again. That would be really mad!

A bit nervous about tomorrow's Trainers workout! It's an indication of where my level is at this point in time. However, my priority would be safety in technique/form.

OoOohh..Butterflies in my tummy!! Just like pre-comp days! I can't wait!!

SUCK IT IN!

My wrist hurts....

BADLY.

How? Probably during the pushups that I did this evening combo-ed with deadlifts (60kg). Since I couldn't utilize my knee, I had to do something upper body since I couldn't sit/stand still. If I did "not move", something is definitely wrong!!

So, I decided on this:

10Rounds of:
21 Push Ups
12 Deadlifts

Result: 33:something.(Thanks to Ben's encouragement today, I felt "supported" despite the pain :) )

While attempting the 6th Set, I was feeling knicky in the wrist for pushups and tried to angle the wrist & elbows slightly away from the body and reversed my grip for the deadlifts to eleviate the pressure.

But it got worse! F**k.. Even typing here hurts when I aim my left pinkie for the Shift button. (I am a touch typist : I play the keys on this "piano".)

When Round 8 came, I was doing knuckle pushups! Cos I couldn't take the pain anymore! Each time I put my palms down, the nerves just shot a message up my brains to just "STOP MOVING!!!". Had to take longer breaks to rest the wrist... On the otherhand, deadlifts were OK surprisingly! BUT, it's so demotivating when you wanna go strong with something yet you gotta bite your tongue and hang on tight! The pain was just nagged me down.

By the time I completed all of it, I felt defeated. The pain was so overwhelming that I wanted to just sit down in a corner and cry in hopes that the Tears of Pain will just flood away (into the jars of clay)... I iced it for a few minutes and taped my wrist up for the Foundation class.

Swollen, bump on the left side. Angry nerves in sight!

SUCK IT IN BABES! BITE THE PAIN....HARD!

Did the class with Fashionista by my side. THANK GOD for her by my side. Else I'd be doomed by now!

Couldn't wait to get home and just continue icing it with..."FROZEN VEGETARIAN LAMB MEAT".. It was perfect for my wrist. The frozen blobs made it easy for my wrist bone to just sit in-between the pieces... LOL! Yeah it's slightly better now and I'll go check in on Oriental tomorrow.

Well, I'm taking my rest for this week! Been working p-r-e-t-t-t-t-y-y hard the past few months and think it's time to take a break. If you know me well......You'll know what I'll do. :D

P/S:Thanks to Fashionista for being my ready assistant! Really appreciate it so much!

Another Day

I know you're going away
I take my love into another day
In my thoughts you're with me
I fell in love with your ways

I know you're going away
Lead my heart into a daze
I know you're going away
Leaves a void in my heart and soul

Wherever you are
Whatever you do
I feel the walls surrounding you

Wherever you are
Whatever you do
I know you are independent
But I'm trying to get through to you

Wherever you are
Whatever you do
Don't you know, it depends on you

Great Saturday!

I had been anticipating this day for 2 weeks. Since the day we decided that it would be done, there was much to do. I would always be thinking if I had completed my checklist!

I woke up this morning with a friendly text from Mohawk ensuring that I was awake. I'd slept pretty late last night after doing some reading and when I fell asleep, I think it was 2am? Or 2:30am?? Anyway, the amount of hours didn't really matter, except that I needed to wake up by 7:30am! And I did!!! Thanks Mohawk (maybe not mohawked anymore?)  :)

Overall, the day went really well and smooth! Everything went as planned, the guys were really up to mark and I'm really proud of them. They were on their toes, ensuring all areas were given attention and everyone was taken care of! I got so 'into' the zone that I almost lost my voice!

We managed to squeeze in a workout at the end of the day and cleared up the place! Then we went to Betty's for these uber-amazingly-mouth-watering meals:

"HOG POT" Or whatchamacallit!

Pork Chops with Caramelized Apple

What a way to end a Saturday afternoon! Good turnout, good food and most importantly great company! :D

Steadiness for Success!

I've feel blessed for doing what I love for the longest time! Giving guidance, advice and assistance to those who seek it to improve their life(styles) and to become better people. It's not about being the fastest, strongest or the best of the best. It's about improving oneself to be better mentally and physically in a general perspective. An all-rounder generalist!

It's about acknowledging that work needs to be done day after day to step up to reach your goals, whatever it may be. It's about knowing there's a window for improvement! Even if it means doing that extra rep when your lungs are bursting and your shoulders are almost splitting apart and you just wanna take a barbell and smash it on the ground. The trigger point is - you have a choice - to succeed through or chicken out!

So far this week, the team has been really strong. Everyone worked very hard to get their form right. Sweaty, barefooted people who cussed A LOT. But they got it right. They CHOSE to work hard at every rep to get it right. I am very proud of them and can't wait to see them in action! :)

Persevere, and be rewarded my friends!

I Don't Feel Like It by Seth Godin

"What's it?

Why do you need to feel like something in order to do the work? They call it work because it's difficult, not because it's something you need to feel like.

Very few people wake up in the morning and feel like taking big risks or feel like digging deep for something that has eluded them. People don't usually feel like pushing themselves harder than they've pushed before or having conversations that might be uncomfortable.

Of course, your feelings are irrelevant to whether or not the market expects great work. Do the work. Ignore the feelings part and the work will follow."

Do not let your feelings dictate your performance!

Just do it!

Faith

Days turn to weeks
Weeks turn to months
The atmosphere is mysterious
Yet the rays shines bright

Behold the power of faith
Lying deep, awaiting surface
May the journeys bring the hearts closer
And a vision from two.

Compile thy trust and belief
For the future holds strong
Rise and behold, time will tell.
Let faith lead the way.

"Faith is no irresponsible shot in the dark. It is a responsible trust in God, who knows the desires of your hearts, the dreams you are given, and the goals you have set. He will guide your paths right."

Keep Walking, Keep Walking!

Everybody's Changing, by Keane

You say you wander your own land
But when I think about it
I don't see how you can

You're aching, you're breaking
And I can see the pain in your eyes
Since everybody's changing
And I don't know why.

So little time
Try to understand that I'm
Trying to make a move just to stay in the game
I try to stay awake and remember my name
But everybody's changing
And I don't feel the same.

You're gone from here
Soon you will disappear
Fading into beautiful light
'cause everybody's changing
And I don't feel right.

So little time
Try to understand that I'm
Trying to make a move just to stay in the game
I try to stay awake and remember my name
But everybody's changing
And I don't feel the same.

So little time
Try to understand that I'm
Trying to make a move just to stay in the game
I try to stay awake and remember my name
But everybody's changing
And I don't feel the same.

Ooo...
Everybody's changing
And I don't feel the same.

Wanna put on weight???

Here's some stats on soda and sugar sweetened beverages:
  • 20 ounce bottle of soda = 250 calories, 16 tsps sugar
    • One per day for one year = potential weight gain: 26 lbs.
  • 20 ounce bottle sweetened tea = 210 calories, 14.5 tsps sugar
    • One per day for one year = potential weight gain: 22 lbs.
  • 12 ounce can of soda = 150-180 calories, 8-10 tsps sugar
    • One a day for one year = potential weight gain:16-19 lbs.

Conversations :)

We were out for drinks just a few nights ago, and we were talking about CNY and meeting up with the long lost relatives and friends and dealing with THAT question. Yah...hmmm..............:P

Well, we came to a conclusion that it's not about how long you are/have been seeing the person and neither the age matters. The important key is communication. Even after 10years of marriage, you would want to be able to have a interesting conversation with your partner. (Most Asian families end up not talking at the dining table, whilst the rest of the world catches up on the daily goss and news etc. Maybe we were generalizing but it is known that Asians are naturally more reserved.)

Bottom line is, you should be enjoying the times, being with your partner. You may have differences in opinions but as long as it's reconcilable and both have understanding, then carry on.

There're many schools of thoughts on this delicate matter and we could've gone on and on and on that night till the pigs turned red. What an awesome night of meaningful conversations and company. Thanks guys!

Anyway, I leave you with this quote on this beautiful Sunday:

"The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched. They must be felt with the heart."
--Helen Keller

Disturbed

Was a good day overall, till night came.
Was slightly disturbed at an action and a thought.
I know I did the right thing,
But, I'm not sure what is the response on the other side.

Oh boy, guess we'll have to wait and see.
Will fall either way,
But He will show the way,
And we will follow.

Pray hard that it turns out well,
Whatever it is, theres a reason for it to happen.
I hope the lesson is taught well,
As how it is meant to be taught!

Courage and forgiveness,
I need you tonight!
Be strong and be yourself!
Godspeed!

Eyes On Me

Eyes on Me (Faye Wong)
Final Fantasy VIII

My last night here for you
Same old songs, just once more
My last night here with you?
Maybe yes, maybe no
I kind of liked it your way
How you shyly placed your eyes on me

Oh, did you ever know?
That I had mine on you

Darling, so there you are
With that look on your face
As if you're never hurt
As if you're never down
Shall I be the one for you
Who pinches you softly but sure
If frown is shown then
I will know that you are no dreamer

So let me come to you
Close as I want to be
Close enough for me
To feel your heart beating fast
And stay there as I whisper

How I loved your peaceful eyes on me
did you ever know
That I had mine on you

Darling, so share with me
Your love if you have enough
Your tears if your're holding back
Or pain if that's what it is
How can I let you know
I'm more than the dress and the voice
Just reach me out then
You will know that you're not dreaming

Darling, so there you are
With that look on your face
As if you're never hurt
As if you're never down
Shall I be the one for you
Who pinches you softly but sure
If frown is shown then
I will know that you are no dreamer.

Determination, energy, and courage appear spontaneously when we care deeply about something. We take risks that are unimaginable in any other context.

Signs you may not be a CrossFitter

1. You check the web site or Facebook before deciding if you are working out or not.
2. You shave off reps and don't feel like a complete douchebag.
3. You text or talk on your cell while people are still working out.
4. You don't encourage, congratulate, high-five or otherwise support others.
5. You arrive late and hold up the rest of the class.
6. Your "joint mobility" consists of talking with lots of hand gestures.
7. You sit down, every chance you get.
8. You whine about not being able to do double unders, and never practice them.
9. You ask the trainer to explain the workout, 10 seconds after he just explained the workout.
10. You give anything less than 100%. (Leave that to other globo gyms)

天后

天后 - 陈势安
词曲:彭学斌
(清澈版upload by franklin)

Uber Unfit

Lousy play last night! Felt I was lagging and super unfit.. I could have played better... man, what a great night! The guys played splendidly...agile and powerful. Some good skill-plays and entertainment for the night. Yeah met a few new friends and got a bruise on my ankle. At least some bragging rights! Haha!

My heel spurs came back after the game early this morning. Was pretty difficult AND painful to stand up.. maybe it was a sign to rest... But, anyhow, I hope they go away. Far, far away and never come back!

Should I take a break today? *Ponders* Since I'm so kiasu and uber unfit, I'll just make the best of my capabilities and of today! Yeah! :)

28!

Finally! The 28 is in my hands!

I am swinging a 28kg kettlebell!

YEAH!

You Wanna Buy an iPad?

Really?

Lesson Learnt

A very expensive lesson learnt today.
I will just suck it in and let it roll.
I won't ever repeat that feat again.
The consequences is exorbitant.
Apologies to my friend who was the middle man in this transaction.
I truly didn't mean any harm in my questions!
Those of you whom I spoke to today,
We share the mutual feeling.
I so bet we ALL will be careful.

Let's just move on.
We've all got alot of things on our plate,
And this is not a productive one at all.

God bless all you peeps!
Thanks to you guys who understood.
Appreciate your time and care :)

Just TWO for today.

My 5lbs weighted pull up assistant.
8kgs was a little too heavy that day so decided to go lighter and save my shoulder. Thank goodness I did that since Saturday's workout was pretty nasty. I added on a couple of snatches too :)
Note to self: No "kipping kiaps" in future!

Mud Pie!
Our reward for a fun, frenzied and whacky weekend! All thanks to someone! Hard work does pays off drastically! Most importantly when your pillars of motivation and drive are strong and solid! Having the right person by your side will help alot!

This week will start early! The word for this week is :COURAGEOUS. I've got a whole list of stuff to accomplish! Well, most of them brand new and pretty challenging... I got a bit of fear in me y'know! Let's stay positive and source for the best results to emerge! I can't wait to start Monday! YEAH!!! :)

Have a productive week ahead people!

Meeting Tyler

Dear Tyler,

How could you be so tough on me?
7 as you asked,
14 as I accomplished.
The sweat, blood and tears,
I gave my all.

Age is merely a number,
For wisdom is beyond our years.
As eros is to love,
As agape is to do good to all.

The weight of 20 barely made it.
The love of 'doing' made it happen.
But just meeting you for 8m 58s was a blessing.

Lets try again my friend,
And this time,
I'm gonna stroll by your side,
Till the end.

Godspeed my friend!

Tyler

Sorry man, I missed you today!
Will try again tomorrow!
Let me breathe for a bit yea?
CO's pretty bad for the lungs!

Advice for the Future

If you wanna lead a happy life, avoid all stressors in your current life. For all that is happening now, will repeat itself!

It could be your best friend who keeps borrowing money from you who never returns anything but you maintain that relationship because you just think it's for "kindness sake"
It could be your fiance, who doesn't play his/her part in ensuring the relationship stays healthy and loving - this by taking everything for granted.
It could be your boss/job who demands 110% from you, but doesn't reward you, or credits you for the extra effrort or time you put in.

Think about it!

P.s: To my friend, who believes in "chilling and letting God show the way", we have our mission to accomplish in the next 6 months! Work hard my brother, persevere and just HANG tough!
P.p.s: HOMES happens this Friday night! Excited! :D

"When you find yourself stressed, ask yourself one question: Will this matter in 5 years from now? If yes, then do something about the situation. If no, then let it go. "

Tyler

For as far as I known you,
You would be one of my greatest challenges
To own and to take you by my side,
I will do it, today.

God speed!

Soon enough....

To a friend who has provided joy, care and heaps of fun!

May you always have work for your hands to do.
May your pockets hold always a coin or two.
May the sun shine bright on your windowpane.
May the rainbow be certain to follow each rain.
May the hand of a friend always be near you.
And may God fill your heart with gladness to cheer you.
~Irish Blessing

You've been such an amazing buddy! I will miss you heaps!

God bless you my friend!

Keep on moving!

Keep on going, and the chances are that you will stumble on something, perhaps when you are least expecting it.  I never heard of anyone ever stumbling on something sitting down.  ~Charles F. Kettering

The race is not always to the swift, but to those who keep on running.  ~Author unknown, in reference to Ecclesiastes 9:11, "I returned, and saw under the sun, that the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither yet bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor yet favour to men of skill; but time and chance happeneth to them all."

Saturday Thoughts

It's been a great 2 weeks in January so far! The meetings, journeys and experiences were amazing! Not forgetting all the coffee that I have been taking all these while - turns me into a four-eyed owl the next day. If you're asking about how much sleep I get, you just need to open one palm and there you have the answer! I guess for me, sleep  isn't as important as getting things done during the day despite a hectic schedule. I'm feeling really happy at this moment because I managed to sort out some things that were monkeys on my back for the last few months! All the hard work to get it completed! This feeling is amazing! :)

This weekend will be splendid! Can't wait to spend time with Him.

Have a great weekend peeps! :D

Walked 7kms to the town in beautiful breezy weather.
On the way back, we hitchhiked a bus and tractor cos it was SO warm and we had to get back by 1pm! By then, our lunch was jiggling in my tummy... Awesome lunch to last me thru yoga later! FEEWIT! :)

I LOVE MY LIFE!!!

You have to stay in shape. My grandmother, she started walking five miles a day when she was 60. She's 97 today and we don't know where the hell she is.

Happy New Year!

I slept in! YES! Finally!

Many late nights of reading, drinking and thinking had left me starry eyed and blank in the mornings. Some of those days I just didn't want to wake up! Haha! :)

Anyways, had a great new year's dinner and spent time with a couple of good friends over a few cups of coffee at a local brewery in PJ...tokkok till the wee hours in the morning. Boy I so didn't wanna head back.

From where we were, we managed to catch some fireworks from around the area too! Not sure if it was this bunch of people who were flaming the fireworks had authorization from the MBPJ guys.. Hmm..not sure... was damn loud till I had to cover my ears!

I've just finished my workout at PushMore and will head out for lunch soon.

Darn hungry now!!!

Have a great weekend people! :)

Every morning in Africa,
A gazelle wakes up.
It knows that it must run faster
Than the fastest lion or it will be killed.
Every morning a lion wakes up.
It knows that it must outrun the slowest gazelle
Or it will starve to death.
It doesn’t matter
Whether you are
A lion or a gazelle…
