Today, I asked someone for something randomly.
And the answer and response was positive, YES.
I was excited! A YES!!!

But.
Unfortunately a naysayer came by,
And brushed me away.

I felt silly,
I felt small.
She made me feel like a wall.

Why did I feel that way?
How did I allow her to intrude my heart?

I wish she'd apologize.
I wish she'd just say "I'm sorry, I over-reacted".

I think I may be wrong.
I think I need to be more patient.
Let me go and sleep it off.

Reunion Dinner!

This was what we had last night! Heaps of pork and pork! 

I had just an egg, a scoop of mushrooms and some joo hu char. My indigestion the morning had set in and I was feeling very uneasy. Had to sit up straight like an 8-mth preggers and breathed like I was doing 3RM back squats. I left early and headed back to bed with many visits to the jamban. I think i used up 5 gallons of water for the flush. Lost alot of water....

I guess this is the fastest way to get lean!
